UniShore

One silicone hardness, fully custom — the classic Your® Liner.

Three UniShore liners — one silicone hardness throughout, in different textile designs

The first 3D-printed silicone liner.

A custom silicone liner, 3D-printed from a scan of the residual limb — anatomically matched to one person.

Custom-liners as a service

What you can configure

Seven things every Your® Liner is built around.

Each one is set per patient. Select a label to see what it changes.

  • SuspensionsSuspension systems can be fully configured to optimally answer patients’ needs.
  • ThicknessesProtect sensitive areas and keep Your® Liner light and flexible.
  • CompressionEnhanced performance through compression control algorithms.
Your® Liner with its configurable features marked: suspension, flexion, thicknesses, anatomical fit, compression, hardness and style
  • FlexionWave zones at knee level flex with the joint instead of fighting it.
  • TailoredPear-shaped, invaginated, bony, scarred & sensitive limbs are now easily fitted.
  • HardnessTo better match the needs of each underlying tissue type.
  • StyleChoose amongst our design options or make your own style.

Thicknesses

Smart by default.

    Symmetrical around the limb

At any given height, the same thickness all around.

Local thicknesses

Can easily be customised.

Suspension

Add the suspension of your choice.

Pin-lock

Even better: combine them if you want — e.g. silicone rings together with a pin-lock.

Welcome to the world of liners 2.0

A major breakthrough.

Every feature from Essential, plus

The state-of-the-art custom liner.

  • Unlimited thickness control

Pad bony sensitivities, fill scars and compensate pear-shapes. Localised thickness control is what makes a UniShore liner unmatched.

  • Extended style options

Company branded, or fully custom. Users can choose beyond our catalogue and make their own styles.

  • Configurable suspensions

Add a pin-lock system and / or silicone rings — enhanced suspension, in-socket vacuum, anti-rotation. Better stability for better performance.

  • Vertical and Horizontal Waves

Vertical Waves enable easier donning for extreme pear-shaped cases. Horizontal Waves facilitate knee flexion.

  • Fit Warranty

Prosthetics can require iterating to get perfect results. Follow our scanning and ordering instructions, and as long as the limb has not changed since the scan, you are covered if the fit is not ideal.

  • Editable 3D shape & features

Keep your patients active by editing the shape of the liner as limb volume and needs evolve.

What the Fit Warranty cannot cover is a limb that changed after the scan. On unstable limbs — early post-op, active volume loss — scan as close to the order as possible.
